ABOUT US

620 Corporation was built on a foundation of integrity and excellence, values that continue to drive the company today.

The company's origins date back to 1929 when Ed Deibel began acquiring property on Smith Road in Medina, Ohio, forming what became known as the "620 Block." This commercial and industrial business park became the home of 620 Corporation. Ed Deibel’s dedication to commerce and the community fostered the growth of several businesses on East Smith Road, allowing 620 Corporation to provide long-term leasing and storage solutions with specialized professional services.

In 1968, Ed's son-in-law, Neil Gowe, took over the leadership of the company, further building on the solid foundation his father-in-law established. Neil’s son, Jim, later expanded the business into multiple divisions, including Commercial/Industrial Leasing and Self-Service Storage.

Today, under the guidance of Stacey Gowe, a fourth-generation leader and Vice President, who effectively manages the company's operations, 620 Corporation continues to thrive. With four generations of experience and stability behind it, the company ensures quality service for its customers, while maintaining a commitment to the future.

This is why we proudly say, "620 Corporation – Helping to build futures – yours and ours!”
